These Terms of Service apply to your use of The Eleventh. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The Eleventh helps grassroots football teams manage training, matches, awards, player development, and communication. The service is still being improved.
When using The Eleventh, you agree to:
The Eleventh does not check or verify whether coaches or staff have valid DBS certificates. The club, coach, or organiser is responsible for making sure adults who work with children have the safeguarding checks they need.
Parents and players are not charged. Coaches can start a paid plan. New paid plans include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel in the Stripe billing portal from the upgrade page. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Eleventh and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Safeguarding & Children's Data Notice, or you are using the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You can also delete your own account from settings, once any team you alone own has been retired or the billing owner has been transferred.
